Dear guests, we would like to welcome you to our hotel Villa Margaret and inform you in short about house rules.
1. On arrival, room entrance is allowed after 14:00h
2. The airconditioning is allowed in your room when the balcony door is closed.
3. Electricity is 220V
4. Visits or business meetings can be held in common areas of the hotel and not in the room.
5. Open fire, smoking, candle etc. are not allowed in the rooms, hallways, elevators or the staircase.
6. Please use the premises at your disposal, decoration, equipment and inventory carefully as a good host.
7. Please do not store personal groceries in the minibar, as it is used exclusively for hotel drinks.
8. Failures or complaints about the service, please report to the reception immediately.
9. Please note that you are responsible for the damage caused by your fault or the fault of the person for whom you are responsible and you are obliged to compensate for it.
10. We offer board meals in the period from breakfast 08:00 – 10:30, and dinner from 19:00 – 22:30.
11. Please inform the reception a day in advance of your wish for a lunch package and possible meal changes.
12. For your money, securities and other valuables there is an in-room safe at your disposal. Instructions for use can be found on the same. The hotel does not take responsibility in case of theft or loss.
13. Please take care of other guests who want to relax and avoid noise in the room and in the hallways after 23:00.
14. For safety and hygiene reasons, it is not allowed to prepare hot meals or drinks in the room.
15. Find or lose items, please report to the reception.
16. On the day of your departure, please leave the room by 11:00.
17. Please handle the key card carefully.
18. When leaving the hotel, do not forget to hand over the key or card at the reception.
19. We reserve the right to terminate the contract and stop providing services to guests if they grossly violate the provisions of these house rules and if their behaviour harms or disturbs other guests at the hotel.
