Buffet breakfast

Breakfast with a view of the sea includes a considerable amount of Croatian food taken from the core of the traditional Mediterranean diet, such as fruits and vegetables, prosciutto, island cheeses and olive oil. Please note that vegetables, herbs and extra virgin olive oil come from our gardens and are processed.

A wide range of salmon and tuna pate, various cheeses and hummus (a different offer every day).
If you like simpler, faster and healthier combinations, as part of the buffet we offer cereal mixes, mainly oat, wheat and corn flakes, amaranth, quinoa, barley, buckwheat and rice, nuts, dried fruit, honey (honeycomb) and spices.

Freshly squeezed fruit juices (orange, lemon and other types of fruit) and water flavored with cucumber, lemon and pepper are also available.
